- I understand that to attend an in-person event, I must pre-register by the registration deadline. I understand I must be present to check-in and receive any event materials and agree to wear the required Name Badge and Lanyard throughout the event.
- I agree to all Attendee Conduct Terms and to remain respectful and professional toward all staff, hosts, speakers, and attendees at all times during the Seminar. I understand that if I or my guests are disruptive, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or illegal substances, we may be removed without refund and will forfeit access to all future products, bonuses, and communications.

- I understand Ultra is a global success network of hundreds of members, and I want that access to a larger network. I won't complain about the size of the group - I see it as an advantage to consciously build my network of people dedicated to personal growth and success. An option to upgrade to a smaller group of 100 members only requires an application and upgrade to Level II after you've been an Ultra member for several months.

Attendee Conduct
GrowthDay (We, Promoter, or Company) requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee's tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services, or correspondence from Promoter. Attendee will also not receive any of our advertised bonuses or any other written or implied guarantee.

You can lodge any complaints with us via that same email, or request to be removed from our email lists, phone lists, or advertising targeting, too.
When you submit information to us, we use it in an ongoing nature to ensure you receive the information or purchases you've made with us, to deliver relevant future content via our email newsletters, to track how much you use our sites or services, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that we become, refer you to or is involved in delivering your purchases, bonuses or content.
