- I understand that I am signing up for the May 6-9, 2024, CHPC Certification Week by completing this form and that I cannot transfer the tuition/tickets to another date.
- I agree to make 3 monthly payments of $3,433 USD for a total of $10,299 USD for my tuition.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: I understand that I can request a refund if I attend the first day of Certification Week and am unhappy. But I must request the refund prior to Day 2 - once day 2 begins there are no refunds, under any circumstances, because you'll have learned our proprietary approaches by then and we cannot take that back. You must return all your materials and notes if seeking a refund, and until we receive those materials and notes we will not issue a refund. All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of Brendon Burchard and all decisions are final and binding. Approved refunds are issued within 10-days of request but may take longer to credit a Buyer’s account depending on their credit card or financial institution's reporting.
- I understand that to renew my Certification, every year there is a $497 renewal fee which allows you to receive ongoing monthly training and access to your members' area and tools. You also understand you must re-attend Certification Week every other year to keep your skills fresh, which is included in the $497 renewal fee.
- I understand the first $497 renewal fee is charged after the first year and each year after, whether you attend Certification Week that year or not.
- I understand that I must be at least 18 years of age in order to participate in CHPC Certification Week and to become a CHPC.
- I understand that the virtual Certification Week takes place on Zoom in real time, where I must participate in timed role plays with other new or experienced CHPCs, but that the core training is pre-recorded and broadcast live to ensure the role plays and timing of all the Zoom groups happen perfectly, without threat of Brendon losing internet if he were live for all those hours. However, I understand Brendon is live in-real time for QAs on Day 2 and 3 of the certification.
- I understand and agree that I'll receive ongoing emails and SMS texts about this program and other content and that I can unsubscribe from emails or type STOP in texts to halt the messages.
