In her capacity as President of GrowthDay Entertainment, Milinkovic will oversee development, production and distribution of a slate of premium original content for broadcast, cable and streaming, and will spearhead The GrowthDay Network, a first-of-its-kind, 24/7 FAST (free ad-supported streaming television) channel dedicated to the $383 billion a year personal development and mental health industry, launching later this year.

Milinkovic formerly served as the Sr. Director of Programming and Development for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, acting as the Syndication Studio's Programming Executive on the Emmy-nominated Access Hollywood and Access Daily with Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover. Under her leadership the studio also produced the Emmy-winning docu-series, American Anthems, featuring country music stars Jennifer Nettles, Lee Brice, the War & Treaty among others for PBS and the 2-time Emmy-nominated documentary, Billion Dollar Babies: The True Story of the Cabbage Patch Kids, narrated by Neil Patrick Harris, both co-produced with studio Believe Entertainment Group. Milinkovic was also responsible for Executive Producing the reboot of the classic game show Tic Tac Dough for GSN, and the creation of the self-improvement talk show, Change with Ed Mylett, for various streaming platforms.
The entertainment division's slate of premium content will focus on short and long-form unscripted formats, all designed for multi-platform distribution, offering their audiences numerous ways to engage with GrowthDay content that best fits their busy lives.
Prior to NBCUniversal Milinkovic served as the Sr. Director of Program Development and Executive Producer of National Productions for PBS SoCal where she was responsible for thousands of hours of nationally broadcast programming including Executive Producing the Emmy-winning series Variety Studio: Actors on Actors, an Emmy-winning nightly news program and countless premium documentaries. She was also responsible for the launch of one of PBS' first 24/7 broadcast diginets, a pre-cursor to today's FAST channels, that was lauded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for education innovation.
Over the span of her career, Milinkovic has earned 10 Emmy awards and has been elected by industry peers to serve multiple terms on the Board of Governors for the Television Academy.
